I have used Stress Zyme ever since I started fish keeping 4 years ago, and have never had a problem with it. It's fantastic, I've tried different brands, but this is by far the best IMO.
I have used Stress Zyme in conjunction with Stress Coat for four years. The biological filtration of the tank is much more efficient. It keeps the water quality at a higer level and debris to a minimum. But do keep in mind that this is no excuse to slack off on water changes. And for their claim stating the bacteria content, it is true. I have taken a sample to the lab and viewed it under a microscope and wow...trust me, it really is like prego, it's in there.
